If a product is found to have a manufacturing fault we will replace it free of charge once we are satisfied that the fault is as a result of manufacturing and NOT from extreme riding or over use. Where it is practical to repair a faulty product then we will, or else at our discretion, we will replace the product. If the product fails due to wear and tear, accident, neglect or negligence, or if it is outside the warranty period, we will happily repair it for a reasonable charge. Please note, while we are happy to return and exchange a product, refunds will not be provided simply for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

This very cool looking rollerkate, in vintage or retro style has a sneaker outsole boot a very comfortable cushioned interior padding which provides the most comfortable supportive feel every skater should have in their skates. If your skates are not comfortable it wrecks the skating experience. Chaya Skates have made it one of their main priorities as they understand that no matter what a roller skate must fit like a glove yet feel like a well worn slipper.

Another important feature the Chaya Jump 2.0 has is the Action leather used for the toe and heel area , this offers extra protection against abrasion caused from park skating.

Mounted to the Chaya Jump 2.0 boot is the Chaya Shari (fiberglass reinforced) plate, and rolling on Chaya 'Sugar Rush' wheels (59mm/78A), with Wicked ABEC 7 bearings and last but not least the Chaya Controller toe stop making every stop comfortable smooth and reliable . The Chaya controller toe stop has become one of the most popular park toe stops on the market. It is reliable, durable and has a large generous amount of rubber which means you will not have to buy new toe stops for a very long time.
